The BEST customer service. Our thermostat went out, causing the fan to stay on. He was able to come within 48 hours after my call. Ulysses was very kind and professional. He confirmed the appt by text the day prior. The morning of he sent me an exact ETA also by text. The work was very honest and he even took video and pictures of our unit in the attic and explained things thoroughly. We appreciated him so much that i sent him home with half a fresh baked loaf of sourdough i made. He took the time following our appt to provide service reports as well as all images he took. He has excellent communication skills.
